Welcome to Lumi Baby. By accessing or purchasing from lumibaby.in (the "Store"), operated by Lumi Baby ("we", "us", "our"), you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.
1. Eligibility. By using this Store, you confirm you are at least 18 years old, or are using it under the supervision of a parent or guardian, and that the information you provide is accurate.
2. Products and pricing. We aim to display our products, colours, and details as accurately as possible; actual colours may vary slightly by screen. All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to correct errors and to change prices, offers, and availability at any time without notice.
3. Orders. Your order is an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept, limit, or cancel any order — including for suspected fraud, pricing errors, or stock issues. If we cancel a paid order, you'll receive a full refund.
4. Payment. We accept UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, wallets, and Cash on Delivery (COD) across serviceable pin codes in India. For COD orders, please keep the exact amount ready at delivery.
5. Shipping and returns. Delivery timelines and return terms are governed by our Shipping Policy and Return & Refund Policy, which form part of these Terms.
6. Product use and safety. Our baby carriers and products are designed to support parents in caring for their child, but they are not medical devices. Please:
- Read and follow the included user manual before every use.
- Check that all buckles, straps, and fastenings are secure before carrying your child.
- Use the product only within the stated age and weight range (3 months to 15 kg for the carrier) and keep your baby's airway clear and visible at all times.
- Supervise your child at all times while using the product.
- Discontinue use if any part shows wear or damage, and consult your pediatrician if you have any concerns about your baby's positioning or health.
You are responsible for using the product safely and as instructed.
7. Intellectual property. All content on this Store — including the Lumi Baby name, logo, text, images, and design — is our property or used with permission and may not be copied or reused without written consent.
8. Acceptable use. You agree not to use the Store for any unlawful purpose, to infringe our rights, or to interfere with its security or operation.
9. Disclaimer of warranties. The Store and its content are provided "as is." To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties not expressly stated. Nothing here limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 or other applicable law.
10. Limitation of liability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to a product or order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from misuse of a product.
11. Governing law. These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Rudrapur, Uttarakhand, India.
12. Changes. We may update these Terms from time to time; the current version is always posted here.
