Shipping policy

We are committed to delivering your orders safely and promptly across India. Here is everything you need to know about our shipping process.

Shipping Locations

LumiBaby currently ships to all serviceable pin codes across India. To check if we deliver to your location, please enter your pin code at checkout.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation (excluding Sundays and public holidays). Orders placed after 5:00 PM IST may be processed the next business day.

Estimated Delivery Time

•       Metro cities (Delhi, Mumbai, Bengaluru, Chennai, Hyderabad, Kolkata): 3-5 business days.

•       Tier-2 and Tier-3 cities: 5-7 business days.

•       Remote and rural areas: 7-10 business days.

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, natural events, or public holidays.

Shipping Charges

•       Free shipping on orders above INR 499.

•       A flat shipping fee of INR 49 applies to orders below INR 499.

•       COD orders may attract an additional handling charge of INR 30-50 depending on the order value.

Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email and/or SMS. You can use this to track your shipment on the courier partner's website.

Failed Delivery Attempts

Our courier partners will make up to 3 delivery attempts. If the delivery fails due to an incorrect address or unavailability, the package may be returned to us. In such cases, re-shipping charges will apply, or a refund will be issued after deducting shipping costs.

Damaged in Transit

If your order arrives damaged due to transit, please take photographs immediately and contact us at support@lumibaby.in within 48 hours. We will work to resolve the issue with priority.
