Shipping policy

We want your Lumi Baby order to reach you quickly and safely.

Order processing. Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days (Mon–Sat, excluding public holidays). You'll receive a tracking link by SMS/WhatsApp once your order ships.

Delivery timeline. Orders are typically delivered within 3–7 business days after dispatch across India, depending on your location. Metro cities are usually faster; remote pin codes may take a little longer. Delivery estimates are indicative and not guaranteed, as final delivery depends on our courier partners.

Shipping charges. We offer free shipping on all orders across India.

Cash on Delivery (COD). COD is available across serviceable pin codes in India, with no extra COD fee. Please keep the exact amount ready at delivery.

Tracking. Once dispatched, use the tracking link we send to follow your order. If tracking hasn't updated for several days, contact us and we'll check with the courier.

Delays. Occasionally, delivery may be delayed due to weather, festivals, courier issues, or events beyond our control. We appreciate your patience and will help however we can.

Address accuracy. Please ensure your shipping address and phone number are correct and complete. We're not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by incorrect details.

Failed delivery / returns to origin. If a shipment is returned to us due to an incorrect address, repeated failed delivery attempts, or refusal to accept a COD order, we'll contact you to arrange re-shipment.
