Refund policy

At LumiBaby, your satisfaction is our priority. We want every product you receive to meet the highest standards of quality and safety for your little one. Please read our return and refund policy carefully.

Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns under the following conditions:

       Item is unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags intact.

       Return request is raised within 7 days of delivery.

       Item is not from an excluded category (see below).

       Proof of purchase (order number or invoice) is provided.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

       Feeding accessories (nipples, teethers, pacifiers) once opened.

       Skincare and wellness products once opened or used.

       Undergarments, swimwear, or diapers.

       Items purchased during clearance or final-sale promotions.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@lumibaby.in with your order number and clear photographs of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost to you.

How to Initiate a Return

       Email us at support@lumibaby.in or call us at +919253501801 with your order ID and reason for return.

       Our team will review your request within 2 business days.

       Once approved, we will share the return shipping address.

       Pack the item securely and ship it back. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the item is defective.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be credited to the original payment method. For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be issued as store credit or via bank transfer.

Exchange Policy

We currently offer exchanges for size-related issues on clothing and accessories, subject to stock availability. Please mention 'Exchange' when raising your request.
